“I feel so much more freedom around food since working with Lisa... My mother always has homemade cookies in her freezer and I used to obsess about them from the moment I arrived at her house. Part way through my last visit I realized I was being present with my family and hadn’t been thinking about the cookies. It was a huge shift for me.”

- Angela S.

  • Ohhh, if it were only that simple… this program is not a “cure” but an opportunity to relate to sugar differently and experience a freedom from sugar cravings that does feel pretty magical :)

Both the 1:1 and group program are a combination of tools empowering you to deeply understand your cravings and continuously loosen the threads that keep you hooked on sugar. You’ll feel yourself shifting to a place where sugar ‘just doesn’t matter’ so much.

The beauty of my method is its spiraling nature. It’s not a one-and-done program, it’s a companion and support group as you reframe your relationship with sugar.

The tools are meant to be explored on repeat so you have lifetime access to them. Each time you re-engage with them, you learn a bit more about yourself.

Healing from sugar addiction is a journey, not an event.

  • This program is for you if you feel like sugar is controlling you, you feel hopelessly addicted to it, feel like you have tried *everything* to quit eating sugar or cut cravings, know life will be so much better if you can just stop eating the stuff, AND…

    • You recognize that beating yourself up to break your sugar addiction hasn’t worked

    • You want to try a kinder, more gentle approach

    • You want your sugar cravings to dissolve so you don’t have to power through them (cuz it’s exhausting to power through cravings)

    • You’re feeling ready to look deep inside yourself to discover the roots of your cravings.

  • Conscious Sugar Council doesn’t include meal plans. It does include a framework for food choices, and workshopping support, as you navigate redefining your relationship with food, however you define it, which will inform any meal planning you do.

If meal planning is your jam, then you do you, friend. It’s not where my passion lies. In general, I tend towards recipe-averse or recipes-as-suggestions. I like to think of myself as an intuitive cook, prioritizing simple, fresh, quality ingredients over kitchen wizardry or much cooking knowledge. That method usually works out well for me (not with baking though, just ask my kids).

If you want true meal plans, RealPlans.com is highly customizable, reasonably priced, and could be used in conjunction with this course. If you are looking for recipes, Whole30 recipes flood the internet and match Conscious Sugar Council’s food framework.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are two programs available. The group program is a live, 6-week program with lifetime access to the materials.

The program is designed to acquaint you with transformational tools and support you in establishing a solid foundation of a redefined relationship with sugar, almost like training wheels.

You’ll come away from the 6 weeks together with a toolbox you can access at any point to align your relationship to sugar with your desires as it continues evolving.

The program isn’t meant to be ‘complete’ in 6 weeks. Think of it as a 6-week jumpstart to establishing your newly redefined relationship with sugar, and yourself.

The 1:1 program is 12 weeks long. We’ll work with the same tools as the group program but in a 1:1 format. The individual format allows us to go much deeper into your specific desires and needs than is possible in the group setting.

  • A limited number of scholarships are available for the group sessions with priority given to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and single parents. Please email for inquiries.

  • Honey, if you’ve read this far, you probably do 🤍

Seriously though, if any of the following resonate with you, you’re in good company here.

    • Feel like you’re constantly thinking about sugar and are often distracted by desires to find and eat something sugary

    • Find yourself looking through the fridge/freezer/cabinet over and over as if a fairy snuck treats in there when you weren’t looking

    • Think that if no one sees you eat something, it “doesn’t count” as having been eaten

    • Hide/sneak food

    • Are a generous person, except for when it comes to your sweet treat of choice
