Week 1: Unlock the Secrets to Your Success 

Stepping into a program like this is a life changer.  We’ll start by priming our bodies and minds for the program and getting clear on your deepest motivations for breaking free from your sugar cravings so that you are prepped to create lasting change.


Week 2: Say Goodbye to Negative Self-Talk  

One of the painful parts of caving to cravings is the negative self-talk and shame spiral that begins.  Learn how to tame your negative self-talk and build an alliance with your inner critic.  


Week 3: Decode Your Cravings and Understand Emotional Eating

When we crave sugar, it feels like sugar is the ONLY thing that will satisfy us.  Learn the rich wisdom of the body and how to decode what the body is REALLY asking for - it’s often not sugar.  


Week 4: Harness the Wisdom and Value in Your Self-Sabotage

When building healthier habits it can feel impossible to “get out of our own way” and it’s as if we are our own biggest barrier to achieving our goals.  We’ll turn self-sabotage into an opportunity to create lasting change and a deeper understanding of self.    


Week 5: Add Richness to Life with Your Newfound Energy   

As we uncover the roots of our cravings, deeper desires for richness in life emerge and begin to feel like possibilities.  Combine your newfound clarity and energy to create richness in life.


Week 6: Making it Stick: The Practices for Long-lasting Results.     

Transition from being wrapped in community and support while on this healing journey and create the conditions for inevitable, long-term success moving forward.

Want a little extra support?

Groups are awesome! And sometimes we want a little extra support, or an opportunity to speak with our coach 1:1. There are two ways to get extra support for your Conscious Sugar Council journey.

Option 1: Add private Voxer messaging to your group experience. In addition to being in the Voxer community group, you’ll have direct 1:1 access to me via Voxer throughout the program for individual support in between group meetings. Investment: $555.

Option 2: Same Voxer support as Option 1, PLUS two, 50-minute, 1:1 sessions to deepen your healing journey. These spots are limited. Investment: $888.
